OPERATING AND ADJUSTING CONT'D
Fig. 1 - If you use inside wheel weights, it is unnecessary to put weight in the weight box under normal plowing conditions. Otherwise put 200 to 1200 lbs. in the weight box, depending on the difficulty of conditions.
1.
Level the plow frame by raising or lowering the hand lift or hydraulic cylinder.
2. Arrange plow in position behind tractor so that the stop plate is at right angles to the line of travel and so that the front disc blade will be cutting approximately 6" land.
3. Set rear furrow wheel parallel to the line of travel but with a slight lead to the right; then screw in the rear end adjustment screw as far as necessary.
4. Set the land wheel and the front furrow wheel to run parallel with the rear furrow wheel.
(Slight lead to the right.)
5. Arrange the guide rod and hitches as shown in diagram, and with the tractor drawbar
