OPERATING AND ADJUSTING
Main Drive Chain and Shear Bolt-Beater Drive Chain and Shear Bolt

Shear bolt "B' protects the entire pickup attachment.
When replacing: use a 1/4 x1-3/4" hardened machine

NOTE: Six extra shear bolts, washers (12) and locknuts are shipped with each pickup.
MAIN DRIVE CHAIN ALIGNMENT
To align the main drive chain, loosen setscrew in hub of sprocket

and reposition the sprocket
accordingly.

To adiust the main drive chain, loosen chain slide bolt "A' and adjust the slide to the point where the chain will not whip or jump teeth on the sprockets.
To adiust the beater drive chain "C", loosen chain slide bolt indicated at "D' and adjust slide to the point where the chain will not whip or jump teeth on the sprockets. Shear bolt "E" protects the beater.
