No. 116 - THREE POINT HITCH
SPINNER FERTILIZER
SPREADER/SEEDER
The tractor lift links attach to the outside of the pins on the frame at "A" (both sides) on a category 2 hitch tractor. Pins "B" (both sides) are used with a category 1 hitch tractor. Secure in place with tractor pin clips.
The tractor should be equipped with a stabilizer bar or stabilizer blocks to prevent any side sway movement of the spreader.
2. Attach the P.T.O. to the tractor. Make sure to clean splines thoroughly prior to attaching. Attach P.T.O. retainer chain to the frame at "C" (Fig. 1). The chain keeps the shield from rotating.
Attach the center lift link "D" (Fig. 1) to the tractor and to the brackets on the hopper frame using the pin and clip furnished. Use large dia. side of pin with a category 2 hitch and small dia. side of pin with a category 1 hitch.
