Fig. 1. It is important when setting up the unit to have the hitch spaced properly for the tractor being used so that the P.TO shait works within it's ship range. For smaller tractors use 30" P.TO. and larger tractors 36"

Proceed set-up as follows:
1 Bolt hitch extensions "A" (Both sides) to frame using
3/4 \ 2" hardened Grade 5 machine bolts. Locate extensions forward as far as possible for time being.
Attach brace rod to front set of holes in extension at
"B"
2. Attach hitch plate extension "C" to frame using a 1/2
* 1 3/4" hardened Grade 5 Machine Bolt (Right rear corner).
Note: View machine from hitch end for right and left hand determination of parts.
3. Bolt hitch "D" to hitch plate extension "C" using a
1/2 x 1 3/4" Hardened Grade 5 machine bolt (Right Rear Corner). Attach hitch to extensions "A" using special lift pins. Pins must face inward as shown.
