Fig. 8 & 9: To "trail" properly, the front wheels of the No. 631 Wagon should "toe" in 1/8" per wheel.
They are properly set at the Factory and should need realignment only when parts are replaced or if there is noticeable evidence of misalignment
Proceed as follows:
1. Be sure Bolt "A" (Fig. 8) is tight enough to pre-went side play of Tongue.
2. Square Tongue with Front Axle as shown in Fig.
8. It will be "square" when distance is same from center of Spindle bolt head on each side to center of the Hitch Pin Hole in the Tongue.
3. Clamp a Straight Edge (long enough to extend beyond wheel rim-back and front) onto Axle, blocking

the Straight Edge as shown in Fig. 9 so it will be in pad liquare" with the anta! center-line of the sheir and "square" with the Axle.
Measure from Straight Edge to Rim (front and wack) to determine amount of adjustment needed to
set 1/8" Toe- in.
