Los Angeles, April 1. Three po-
lice cars and an ambulance sped to
a vacant lot where an airplane was
reported to have crashed.
They
found
a
wrecked
model
plane
of seven and one-half foot
wing spread, whose one-fifth horse-
power motor droned so like a full-
sized
plane's
that
residents
tele-
phoned an alarm.
