c1850s Original Official Document With Abraham Lincoln Signature D23

Exactly as shown. Signature is partial, second signature looks to be Edward Douglas. I haven't done any kind of authentication of the signature, but I am confident this is a real document of the period. It came in a large group of other documents from the mid 1800s, and I believe that somebody had saved this scrap because of the Lincoln signature. The fact it is not officially authenticated is reflected in the price. See pics for condition.
