After cruising to victory over North Texas last Saturday, the ninth-ranked Nebraska Cornhuskers face a tougher test today against the explosive Texas Tech Red Raiders.
Nebraska opened the '93 campaign with a 76-14 romp over North Texas last week. The Huskers scored four first-quarter touchdowns and never looked back. The offense rolled up 575 yards despite the absence of sophomore quarterback Tommie Frazier for all but the first two plays.
