Each of you must keep this book readily available
at all times while on duty.
General Orders supersede any special instructions
or rules (except train orders) with which they conflict.
Future General Orders and Special Orders will be
numbered consecutively on each division beginning with number two January 1 each year and will continue in effect to and including December 31, unless cancelled.
