Lebanon County is a disaster area, it was announced Friday by Federal Government officials.
This means that flood victims, both individuals and commercial, will be eligible for long-term, low-interest bank loans to repair flood damage.
It also means that the area may be eligible for Federal Government grants, such as those for housing.
Earlier city, county and state officials had declared a state of emergency.
