1966 Pair Of Hand Painted Circus Clowns Universal Statuary Kendrick 7 x 17” TB1

Some light chipping and wear but overall very good for the age. Not sure if the material but I think likely resin or ceramic. They are 17 inches tall and about 5 pounds each.
