GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Safety is of the first importance in the discharge of
duty.
Employes must be conversant with and obey these in-structions. Obedience to them is essential to safety. Constant care must be exercised to guard against personal injury, loss of life, or damage to property. Employes must be familiar with the illustrations and instructions for resuscitation from electric shock. Employes must also be familiar with the Safety Rules. If in doubt as to their meaning, employes must apply to the proper authority for explanation.
All occurrences or conditions which are likely to affect electric operation must be reported immediately to the Superintendent Transportation.
