Bruce Crestwood Flooring is finished at the
factory with a superior penetrating seal type
finish that is baked into the wood. This process
cannot be duplicated by on-the-job methods.
Proof is found in the "scratch test" illustrated
here. Ordinary finish is easily chipped by a
coin scraped across its brittle surface. Bruce
finish remains unmarked.
Because the finish becomes part of the wood,
it will not scratch, chip, peel or wear away like
ordinary surface finishes. The Bruce finish seals
