STATEMENT.
Bulletin No. 153 contains a report of a series of experiments conducted for the purpose of comparing the various commercial methods of sampling cream for testing, and showing their relation to creamery practice.
The report is based on one year's work carried out in the creamery operated by the Department of Bars neusbandes, niversity c Illinois, which had on its list at the ume 77 patrons and was making 2500 pounds of butter per week.
